The film takes place in the 48 hours before Glorinha's wedding, daughter of a rich manufacturer in the construction industry. By way of a series of flash-backs and intertwining events, we learn the truth hidden beneath the apparent bourgeois bliss: injustice, sexual perversion, adultery, crime and even incest.
