维托是一个10岁男孩，他的家庭靠绑架等犯罪行为过日子。有一天他像《杀手莱昂》里的波特曼那样目睹了全家被满门抄斩。作为惟一的幸存者，他需要同时躲避警察和黑帮的追逐。维托想去罗马找堂兄，但路上被一个富人家庭收养，因为那家的儿子遭到绑架...The boy Vito is a portrait of beauty and wide-eyed innocence spawned from a violent family of kidnapers and murderers in the South of Italy. When his entire family is murdered by a rival clan of kidnapers, Vito must flee for his own life and in the end attempts to make atonement for some of his family's sins.
