A North Norwegian worker's western with Simon J Berger as a ruthless mine foreman in an epic dramatization of the Sulis uprising of 1907. In the isolated village of Sulitjelma, the mining company rules with an iron fist, and a spirit of rebellion grows among the workers. The young Konrad labors to sort copper ore and dreams of a new life across the Atlantic. When the new Swedish foreman Wennström arrives to increase the mine's production pace, Konrad sees an opportunity to advance.
